Spent close to 1000 bucks here on one sofa and the same day I was getting bitten by something. Few months later we are no infested with bed bugs. Called today and my wife was told that bedbugs can’t live in a furniture store lmao and the we needed to treat our couch and the insurance I bought doesn’t cover it. This place is disgusting and the folks there know nothing about customer service.
Joann was great. She helped me pick out a whole house full of furniture at a great price. We will definitely be back to shop with Westco and our wonderful sales lady JoAnn for all of our furniture needs.
Garrett Whitworth was professional, informative and courteous. On delivery he was careful with our stuff.
