Dr Pongon is extremely kind, courteous & above all a true professional. She assessed me & spoke in a way that I understood everything. She listens to your needs & gives you options. I’m very comfortable with her.

Disgusting service
I wish I could give zero stars. I had a confirmed 1:30 appointment, arrived on time, and was kept standing outside while the staff ignored me. The door camera was not working, so I knocked repeatedly for over six minutes. I even heard the door being locked from the inside. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told the provider “had to leave at 2” — yet I was there well before then. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
