Went there for the first time and I will be looking for another GYN elsewhere. My appointment was at 4:30 and the doctor didn’t come in until 5:36. Not only did I have to wait over an hour for Dr. Pognon, but she didn’t even apologize for the wait. She is not friendly at all, didn’t even crack a smile once during the visit. She came in and spent less than 10 minutes with me. The visit felt very rushed, maybe because it was the last visit of the day but still.

Very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this location. I have been a patient with Westchester Women’s Medical Healthcare since 2022/2023. Despite having an issue with this office (front desk) in the past, I still continued to go there for my yearly appointments. I made an appointment for June 9th at 2:30pm with NP Jessica Abad (Mt Vernon location).
