My old parents just moved in and the first thing they saw was an unwelcoming sight. Feces all over the toilet. On the seat. That was the first thing. The front door knob is jammed and a broken doorbell. Also the people who installed the stove never hooked it up before going on a four day vacation which meant they could not cook for 4 days. Her warm, friendly smile and cooperative and positive attitude, has enhanced every experience I have encountered with the Coop, on-site office at Westchester Towers in Yonkers, New York.
