A friend found and recommended me this place on my move from AZ. Bre (bree or bri?) helped me out getting all the paperwork done. Very informative tour and fantastic dare I say unmatched customer service, the staff were very upbeat and helpful with all my questions while I'm getting familiar with the area. Best apartment sales pitch I've ever heard. Edit: she did all of this over the phone! Incredibly friendly and professional
I had a great experience with Westchester from the young ladies in the office (Bree and Fe) who worked diligently to get a GREAT carpet cleaning company to come and get my carpet clean to the actual guy from the carpet cleaning company after being here for almost 2 years. I am very pleased with the professionalism and consistency. Thank you all!
These apartments have really turned around.\n They used to not be so great. Now, I would give them about 4, all new staff in the office, maintenance men and security, like I said, this place has definitely stepped up a few notches, I recommend moving in and living here.
Super excited and lucky to say this will be my first apartment! Phee is literally one of the coolest I’ve ever met and I felt so much support from her and I’m glad to say I’ll be able to call this place my home.
