We have utilized WTR for all our business needs for the last decade and have always been treated like family. The equipment is always properly serviced and ready to go. Pick and up drop off is a breeze and we always know we’re getting safe and top notch equipment. No matter if you’re doing a big, commercial job or just a smaller residential job, WTR seems to have everything available to meet your needs.
If you would like to be talked down to or want to have a very rude, insulting interaction with someone that is very obviously miserable at his job, then I suggest calling Ben. He does not care for your business and not only that, he’ll go out of his way to let you know he doesn’t need your hard earned money, while belittling you for having the audacity to ask normal questions. Luckily, for all of us, we have choices other than WTR, so do yourself a favor and stay away from Ben and the company that keeps him employed.
