Before they sold their business to a private equity it was run by competent caring people. After the purchase it looks like the only thing they care about is money. They overcharge my partner and they refuse to reimburse him saying that they are still processing the insurance. It has been couple of months since the last time he was there. Too bad we lost a good neighborhood PT to shark businesses. Ps - update the score: after few months they reimbursed the overcharge.
