Susan is an amazing and gifted individual and eldercare service provider. Like Mary Poppins for the granny set, she quickly joined our family, listened to the problems we needed help solving, then went to work, magically taking care of tasks and making referrals that helped our family immensely.
Susan took wonderful care of my mother -- emotionally and with tasks around the house -- for several years. She is both a practical problem solver and a supportive companion. Susan was instrumental in helping my mother decide to move from a home in a rural area to an apartment with other seniors and services. She took just the right approach with my mother and also in her communication with the rest of the family.
The service, responsiveness and care provided by Susan Davidson and her team was outstanding. When we needed to find in-home help as my mother-in-law transitioned to return home after a lengthy stay in rehab, we would have been exceedingly challenged had it not been for Susan stepping in to assist and guide us. Susan is a life-saver. When my best friend and her parents were all hospitalized with COVID, Susan set up the home care plan to ease their return home and support their continued recovery. With so many things to worry about, Susan took a HUGE one off our plates and the caregivers she found have been a perfect fit. I wish Google offered a 10 star option for this review!!!
