This company performed a fantastic job from beginning to end.The person that picked up my tug was competent, amiable, and quick. My rug was available on the same day they said it would be, and they called to let me know. Wes‎‎‎‎t‎‎che‎‎‎‎st‎‎er R‎‎ug C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎‎‎ing also swiftly cut me a cushion for it because I had neglected to request one earlier.

When their estimator arrived, he was excellent. Very kind and prompt answer. Within a few weeks, we were able to fit them into our schedule, and they performed an excellent job cleaning our Persian rugs. Additionally, when we returned from work, the rugs felt pretty dry and were left without any residue. Wes‎‎‎‎t‎‎che‎‎‎‎st‎‎er R‎‎ug C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎‎‎ing would be used once again.

The two men who picked up and delivered my rugs this time deserve special praise, so they are great specialists!

You did an amazing job! Now I want to walk barefoot all the time. Since they don't use harsh chemicals, I don't have to worry about those in my home. My rugs were picked up and delivered back right on the promised day, too, with the guys being very patient to place them exactly where I wanted them. It was my first time using Wes‎‎‎‎t‎‎che‎‎‎‎st‎‎er R‎‎ug C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎‎‎ing, and I couldn't be happier. The same day I called, they picked it up. The cleaning took about a week, which was perfect since I was going away for vacation. I will definitely call them back the next time I need my rug cleaned.
