Lived here at my coop 2 1/2 years 4x increase in my HOA. LOVE IT! If you want to contact them, good luck. The prop manager Laura Sevener or the scapegoat Avatar, has never been seen & never answers calls or emails. Too bad you can't give a -10 star review.

Lack of transparency and professionalism with this bunch only cares about making a profit but does not really do the job. When trying to reach them, only goes to a voicemail 24/7, might have a bigger chance of winning the lottery than reaching out to them. They are worthless as a property management. They’ll “try to” do something but takes months if not years of constant complaints to take action. They are in just for a profit and not help. Had 7 managers in spam of 5 years ( 3 in just 1 year) which 1 after another one suck.... read more
