John, the owner is a great guy. I found him online and from the first time I used him, he was very fair and honest. He worked on my bike and when he said it would be ready, it was. He's guided me from decisions when I was looking to make modifications on my bike. He answers the phone when you call! That's a pretty huge thing in my eyes. All in all, I would recommend him for all your bike needs.
