I saw Dr. Castiello at Westchester Podiatry Associates for treatment of plantar warts, one of which was quite large. The first round of treatment did not get rid of them, which is not uncommon. During the second round of treatment, the chemical that Dr. Castiello applied to the large plantar wart burned through the tissue and caused a large and painful blood blister to form underneath the wart.
