The doctors here are good but the office staff is horrible. I’ve been charged for a copay I didn’t owe then had to be refunded. When we moved out of state and needed records faxed, I completed the forms and confirmed over the phone a week prior to their appointment that their records would be sent via fax and asked for a copy to be emailed which I was assured they would be. Do not make a appointment here a bunch of lazy staff .We made a appointment here for a newborn it was confirmed and when we got there they couldn't find it . Then we asked if they would see our newborn and was told no . How could you let a newborn not see a doctor.The office has no structure terrible service

TIANA was our nurse and we had a great experience. My son was comfortable with his blood work & felt no pain.

Reviews about front desk being rude are TRUE. Called in to see if can transfer to this office, whoever picked up a phone was rude and extremely unprofessional. No greeting, no positive attitude and at the end topped it off with "anything else?" Sounded like she was already annoyed that she even had to pick up this phone (I called at 9:05am). Told me that they don't accept our insurance but even if they did I would choose to go elsewhere. Avoid this place!!!!
