Customer Service is not very good! Called them for a price on a home and told they have no idea what there homes cost!!
Never use this company they subcontract everything out and if you have a problem they tell you to call the subcontractor they handle nothing the very worst. Only thing they were good at was doubling the fees and collecting money.
My home burn down and I reached out to West Chester module to build me a new home they sent me up with a contractor he said it would be finished 100% turn key the sales person‘s name was Kim the contractors name was Atila I paid $486,000 for a house that is falling apart from day one they never finish the work they never came back to finish to finish work on the ceilingsThey had a lien put on my home by one of the contractors that was doing the cleanup because they never paid them I have nothing to hide I would love to show ... read more
Westchester Modular contracts you out to a local contractors who force you to give non refundable deposits of a minimum of $2000 before they will even quote you for a build. The first contractor "miscalculated" the quote by $250,000!! causing us to ask Westchester for a more competent contractor. The second contractor charged us another $2500 and met us once, quoted us $170 per sq ft. then called us back and said he wouldn't do the house for less than $225 per sq ft and ignored our request for a refund.
