Horrendous Hospital, avoid at all costs.
Yesterday at 10 PM I walk into the emergency room complaining from high blood pressure when I first got there they called me in in the first 10 minutes took me to the back then they brought me back out saying that they were no beds available the staff in the front Pretty horrible all they do is talking about their sexual life and talking about drinking and smoking.. after an hour and a half, I kept complaining why they taking people after me and I’m still waiting. I'm currently still in West Chester Valhalla Hospital. I came thru their ER by ambulance. The Emergency Room team did a great job at quickly assessing what was wrong with me and was able to inform me clearly in terms I could understand. I've been here for some time now, and I can say that this is easily one of the better Hospitals in the area. The floor Nurses are very attentive and the Care Partners are all extremely friendly. The staff are incompetent and rude and dismissive. I do NOT RECOMMEND this facility for ANY of your medical needs, whether emergent or non emergent.
