Every one that treated me was very efficient and very pleasant. I feel that I received excellent care.
We were waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby with no patients only my wife and I. She had a very high pain in her stomach. The receptionist took her information but the nurse never assisted her. No wheelchair or awareness for a screaming patient. Terrible service. The minute I complained to the receptionist the nurse came out to take her signature for billing charges still no checking pulse or symptoms information that’s the time a walk out. I drove to White Plains Hospital and a total different happy experience.
Wasted an entire day in ER being given the run around because no oral surgeons are on staff or call over the weekend. After recieving no care, I was quietly given discharge papers and sent away. To add insult to the whole thing, I was sent a follow up text after the weekend to an AI CHATBOT. DO NOT GO TO WESTCHESTER ER. EDIT: I was also sent a bill for $5000 for my non-treatment and am still fighting with their finance department to get them to go away DO NOT GO TO WESCHESTER ER
Everyone that took care of me was excellent. Very professional. Dr. Brown was excellent in explaining my situation. It was a very busy time in ED dealing with an overflow of patients which was beyond their control. Unfortunately it's a small space.
