Sitting on hold as I write this, it is 12 minutes now. No options for leaving messages or any indication how long I will have to wait. Last time I waited 30 minutes before giving up. In my 15 years of interaction with several departments at WMC, I have not found 1 that tries to provide any degree of service. But this clinic takes the cake for ignoration.
This is the worst dentist/hospital ever i waited 6 months for my appointment and when I came they said we will do a extraction but then they canceled so they said i have to rebook for 3 weeks from know while having tooth ache she said it doesn't matter you will have to rebook.All the staff were so rude and they were laughing at me. I don't recommend anyone to step a foot in to there old nasty ugly building and those rude staff they should not have a job in a dentist if they don't know how to take care of there patients.
