The worst experience ever! I went in yesterday to the ER for a possible stroke. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting area and then when they finally took me in I waited hours before a doctor or nurse came over to check on me. I was on the hallway of the ER between pediatrics and adults without anyone coming to at least tell me how long I had to wait. Extreme wait times. Expect to wait 2 Plus hours in there uncomfortable waiting room.
Mixed emotions about this place. Doctors are good, but trying to get in touch with anyone - even to get an appointment - is impossible. All calls now go to a call center in some other country, so it takes hours if not days to talk with someone that can actually help, and if they call while you're not available, you have to start all over again. If I could give zero I would. The office staff was extremely rude and short. They told me they would call me back and I followed up no one called. They kept insisting that they called me but they didn’t. Anyway it was an emergency and urgent it needed to happen within a few day. They told me to find someone else.
