This is the worse hospital I have ever had to stay at. It is dirty, the customer service is terrible, they had no respect for privacy they leave your door and curtain open while you are exposed. The doctors give no explanations and do not discuss results. Being here for over a week with high blood pressures and being pregnant it did not help that there were shared rooms and no room for family to visit. I have had mixed experiences with WMC services. There are many different locations, so I expect similar experiences with any of their medical facilities. I would strongly suggest using their patient portal. Any service that participates in WMC puts detailed information in the portal, and I find it to be a true godsend. Many doctors I have been referred to have been excellent. Good Sam in Suffern is my go-to, even if it is private and therefore expensive.
