I worked with this company in August and found them to be very professional and helpful. I am a legal assistant working for a law firm and googled process servers in Westchester and located them. We negotiated a fair price and I sent over the docs and paid the fee. They kept me in the loop all along the way. Hi This company was actually great, and the only reason I’m not giving five stars is that it took awhile to serve my papers. I sent the court papers to these people and it took a week to get done. Yeh it’s true I didn’t wanna pay extra $ for no rush serving , but money is tight. They did end up serving the lady finally but it took one week to serve a 76 year old woman who is always home. They told me that the Bronx is far from Westchester! Anyways -they served her and it all worked out & the Owner who called me persona... read more

Money well spent. We are a law firm in Texas and hired Westchester Judicial Process co to locate and serve an individual in Westchester. It was involving an insurance matter. Needed a summons and complaint served but needed rush service. Same day. I called several companies I found online but this was the only company that assured us same day service guaranteed. Hello I don’t normally write reviews but I was extremely pleased with this company Westchester Judicial in Chappaqua. I live in Chappaqua and I have been going through a bad separation and needed a process server to serve my ex husband. Personally I had a very positive experience with this company who successfully served my tenants who were living in my home after the lease had expired. They were giving me a tough time and I had to resort to legal measures to have them removed. Very good experience with this firm. I had a rough divorce whereby my ex husband refused to grant my divorce and kept refusing all process servers I’d tried hiring to serve him He is very crafty and knows how to avoid service. I contacted Westchester Judicial because I read their website and they seemed very tenacious. Turned out to be a good decision because although it took a bit of time, they were able to serve him I was very happy to get that phone call from the Owner that he lured my ex with a good ruse that worked.
