Worked with Westchester Judicial recently on a case in the Mt Vernon, NY area where we needed to have two parties served in a family matter. It required certain necessary timing as one of the parties did not want to be served and was aware that it might happen, and tried to evade service in the past. I am trying to get custody of my son. I was very pleased with the efforts this company made serving a tennat of mine with a 90-day notice. The tennat had not paid rent in many months and we could not get her to leave. She owned a store in Westchester and continually paid rent late. I found this Company Westchester Jud Process online and called late at night but the Owner picked up and we spoke for awhile. Very good experience working with this company this past summer. Had a rather complicated case that required personal service on an elusive individual who had several addresses, none of which were confirmed as being good. Defendant had several shell co's as well. I googled Westchester Process Servers and came upon a few, but none quite as diligent and knowledgeable as to the laws and CPLR as these guys.. Appreciated the hard work this Company, WJS did for us recently with a serve in Manhattan that was problematic given the fact that midtown service w/doormen and security who are a barrier to service was presented.
