If you or someone you love is seeking help DO NOT bring them here. The psychiatrist does not get invested in one’s mental health. They will just see you virtually. Issues pills that are new to you and not follow up to see how a patient is doing until a month later. If a patient is struggling and tries to reach out, it takes them more than 24 hours to call them back.

I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled. I was told that social services tried to contact me, but every time I answered, it was just an automated recording for a follow-up appointment. There was no direct call, no voicemail, and no email—nothing. Using that as an excuse feels completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Communication should be clear and respectful, especially in situations that matter. This experience was frustrating and could have easily been avoided.

I have been receiving services thro... read more

Wouldn’t recommend if you need a trauma certified therapist who has studied and is knowledgeable of psychology. They only have LCSW’s who have limited knowledge of different treatment modalities. I even had one who read from a script because she was so grossly unprepared for her role. Find an actual psychologist. Do not go here.
