Today September 17th I call this place to reschedule my 1st appointment as I had emergency medical reasons. When I called I was transferred to admissions the phone rang, was pick up by someone to busy speaking Spanish to others and then hung up on me. I called the woman on the phone once again said she would transfer my call to admissions I told her what happened the first time she redirecteed my call said she will have them call me back and as rude as she could be hung up my me. I had a follow up they called me at 8am today just to tell me psychiatrist is not in as if my time is not valuable very irresponsible
Bad.. just bad.
I’m currently 30, and I’ve been on and off with WJCS since I was a kid, so I’ve got some long time experience with them. To start, Sarah was genuinely the best therapist I’ve ever had, along with Amanda when I was younger. Both are no longer there and I’m pretty sure are at other agencies now. Serena is also an amazing psychiatrist, and incredibly nice, which is super hard to find and come across, even here, as many lack kindness and bedside manner. I only called to make an appointment with my doctor who switched to this practice. I called intake twice and email the intake director and still haven't heard back from anyone. I love my doctor but this is ridiculous.
