my son had a severe ear infection and dr refused to give him oral antibiotics only ear drops, was in pain for a week then went elsewhere and got azithromycin and was better n 5 days. Do not go here, the doctor is incompetent
Although the doctor and staff were nice, the billing department neglected to bill my insurance right away. Several months later it was submitted incorrectly and denied. When I pointed out their error, they waited several months again, this time passing the allowable time. The insurance companied denied it for being submitted too late. They sent me to collection on a bill when I have insurance that would have covered it if they had simply done their job. I will never return here.
