I really don’t know how to thank you all. From my first day to my last day, today. The staff and Doctors were incredible kind not only to me but to all your patients. Very difficult to reach anybody at this office. Nobody ever picks up the phone. Closed for weeks. There is always a reason for closing the office. Holidays??? Almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Since Dr. Zweibel left this office is barely functioning.
I have tried calling and trying to get an appointment for three days and I get an answering service. I have been using this practice for so many years and never ran into this. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m considering finding another dermatologist. I see I am not the only one who is experiencing this. You need to fix this or you will find that you are losing patients. I’m about to look for another dermatologist now
What happened to the customer service? They do not answer their own phones, but have an answering service during office hours. Awaited for a call that never came. In essence, making an appointment is now a multi-step process. My husband and I used to go here and were very satisfied. How in the world do they stay in business with this kind of set-up? Can't they hire an appointment coordinator like other medical offices?
I only chose this provider because it was affiliated with my hospital but I don't plan on ever going back. First thing first, it is almost impossible to reach any office staff. My first visit took me off guard because usually I'm used to someone coming in and introducing themselves and then asking if it is okay for someone else to be present.
