Terrible. Takes an arm and a leg to get them to refill prescriptions. And what they do prescribe is just a bunch of BS thrown in ur face to get u to leave the office. Terrible and I can’t stress that enough.
What a joke this offices phone system. Called 2 times in 3 days for an urgent visit and still no return call. This is the 2nd time I needed an appt with Kelly Christman and it seems like nobody cares. Plenty of competition out there. I'd never call this office again. Horrible service. What happened to Dr Zweibel? The office was great with him. A dating doctor Horrible now.
One of the worst medical office experiences. The admin staff never answers the phone. Wasn’t taken until nearly an hour after my appointment—no explanation. Dr. Kaporis spent two, maybe three minutes with me in what felt like a very cursory exam before mistaking a piece of lint for a mole while with my wife. Felt the entire time like I was a burden for everyone working here to endure. I don’t leave many negative reviews. This place deserves one.
I saw Rothenberg here back in August as I had a weird acne like spot that hadn’t healed since March. I asked for a biopsy, she said try aquaphor and come back after a month if it hadn’t gone away. I didn’t think this was sufficient care so I got a second opinion at Optum dermatology in katonah as early as possible-6 weeks later. Biopsy came back positive for basal cell carcinoma. Optum got me into Mohs surgery the following week. Thank goodness I keep a close eye on my skin and had the sense to see a better doctor. Do yourse... read more
