One of the worst medical office experiences. The admin staff never answers the phone. Wasn’t taken until nearly an hour after my appointment—no explanation. Dr. Kaporis spent two, maybe three minutes with me in what felt like a very cursory exam before mistaking a piece of lint for a mole while with my wife. Felt the entire time like I was a burden for everyone working here to endure. I don’t leave many negative reviews. This place deserves one.
I saw Rothenberg here back in August as I had a weird acne like spot that hadn’t healed since March. I asked for a biopsy, she said try aquaphor and come back after a month if it hadn’t gone away. I didn’t think this was sufficient care so I got a second opinion at Optum dermatology in katonah as early as possible-6 weeks later. Biopsy came back positive for basal cell carcinoma. How many times do I need to call and request an appointment before someone calls me back? So far, 3 times in 2 weeks. Every time I call, they say to allow the office 48 hours to get back to you. Hoping this platform will get me a reply!
they are very attentive & always get back to me when they say they will, which is important to me.
Absolutely cannot get through to staff....a complete waste of time to try and make an appointment
