I attended the WWE event last night. It was by far my worst experience of any of the many venues I've seen different shows at. It took over an hour to get inside causing us to miss the first match. There was no security, crowd control or any type of organization outside. When you finally make it into the lobby there are 4 metal detectors. No lines. Just mobs of people fighting to get through. The setup for WWE was absurd. One guy with a ticket scanner, three ancient metal detectors and zero room for any of it. Took over 45min to get inside and the show started without half the crowd. You get inside and dozens of ushers waiting to seat you. Maybe have those folks scan tickets?
Went to WWE White Plains on 12/11/16, the security was fair and the staff was helpful. Walked us to our seats and told us to enjoy ourselves. The bathrooms were clean and the concession lines moved well. However the lines to get into the building were a bit stressful but it was because security had to check for items before going into the show. Maybe use ropes to guide fans to know where lines are and avoid cutting and uncomfortable situations.... But it was a great experience...
The people that worked there were so nice and friendly and,very helpful and the food was really good
I go to the center annually for the jewelry show. Although a small venue it's easy to get to and parking is available. There are some small food offerings to thwart away hunger. Will readily go to the next show even in February.
The Reptile exhibition was very well organized. Kids had a blast.
I love it,it's just a great experience for the whole family! Plus my cousin "Jaylen Bond plays on the team....
Horrible location. Staff very rude and they turn off heat wave have day half way into the show. Freezing.
