I called today to make an appointment. I was spoken to very rudely. I was asked if I was a new patient of a doctor. I told the woman I had never been to the hospital. Then she tells me "this isn't a hospital, it's an office" at first I thought to laugh but realized this woman was trying to belittle me. I was asked to wait a month before the next available appointment. I cannot wait that long in my condition. I told the woman I wouldn't be scheduling the appt she responded with "Oh Good. Bye!". All my questions were answered, and I was given valuable information that I had not found in my own research. The staff is competent and professional. The office is easy to get to. There is a long wait time, but that is not unusual for OB/GYN. Dr. Miller and PA Graham are worth the wait.

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I'd stay clear if I were you. I wouldn't recommend them ever after my experience there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? They asked the basic questions Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
