We are a family of three, two parents and a child. Since there very few rental options in Danville, we were forced to rent here for a year in the Westchester part. It was a harrowing year for us. When we first saw the apartment, we were shocked at the sight of the kitchen cabinets. They were dirty (yes, they did not clean them at all), old, and unkept. I have lived in this complex for almost 10 years, and although the rent has increased the last couple of years the owner has taken the the increase and worked to improve the ascetics of the complex. I love the area and I feel safe raising two small boys on my own. The pool is wonderful and is always clean and refreshing. I know that the cost of rent has increased tremendously in Danville, but living in a place that takes such great care of the units, the beautiful landscape, and the safe environment is worth the extra cost f... read more
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My family and I moved hours away from where I am from, we ended up moving here at the Westchester Hermitage Townhome Apartments. I should have known something was up with this place when we weren't greeted upon entering when we came visit in December 2022. On the first day of entering the residence which was April 5, 2023, we were presented with what looked to be a kicked-in door that was nailed back together and painted over, someone's clothing was in the back seating area and my tub l... read more
One of the worst rental places ever. They even have carpet that is over 20 years old in the units. If your units heating or AC go out prepare to fix it yourself. Nothing is fixed within a timely manner. I would never recommend anyone renting from this company.
