Dont bother renting here. Seriously. A lifetime passes before things are fixed. The management will try and #\$%\$ out of money any way they can.
I am a teacher and have lived here for three years. Out of all the apartments I have lived in during my 47 years, this is one of the best. The manager works his tail off to help out the tenants and in a place that sees so much snow, he manages to keep us in good working order. I would suggest that you purchase a dehumidifier as the humidity can cause problems in the garden apartments during part of the year. I give them a 9 out of 10! Keep up the great work, Chuck!
They dont keep up the apartments. Repairs take forever to get taken care of it.
