Great location, owner is a very nice guy, management is very responsive. Beautiful building, well taken care, and renovations are fantastic.
Love the location. Love the overall quality of renovations. Love my neighbors. But wall unit is so loud, its impossible to live. AC measures at 75-85 dB which is equivalent to a running truck at your apartment. For a full disclosure, not all units in the building have the same AC, others are more quiet, so inspect before you move in.
