My experience with this practice has been great. East making appointments especially in an emergency. Everyone is very nice. The only thing is that sometimes I feel as if the dental assistants are a bit distant. Otherwise I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Having never been to see Dr. Rao before, he had no way of knowing who I am. I actually found him through ZocDoc; he has a profile with a really good CV and photograph. When I got to the lobby of the building, Dr. Rao was getting on the elevator. He held the door for me (even though I was clearly heading for the stairs and he had no way of knowing who I was there to see), gave me a big smile and greeted me with a hearty "good morning" like we were the best of friends!
