After a lot of frustration with DentaQuest, which seemed to give me every pediatric dentist's number possible instead of an adult dentist, I finally found this clinic and had my appointment on June 15, 2026. I actually could have scheduled an earlier appointment, but I was the one who requested a later date. I drove from Sarasota to Tampa, and when I arrived, I was treated very kindly by the front desk staff. Rebecca was awesome very nice and down to earthDr Kalsow was also awesome he was very quick and no pain at all I was done getting 3 teeth removed within 7 minutes! He is awesome !

Seriously the worse experience ever!! Erica at the Lakeland office refused to accommodate my disabled husband. I have gone back and forth with the insurance and the office. One day they say yes then the next, no we cannot accommodate him. They refused to accept his x-rays that his family dentist had just done within the last month, saying "the Dr. Prefers to take their own." I requested to speak to the office manager and the Dr directly and was denied. I requested for the Dr to call me back and as of yet I haven't heard from... read more
