They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
