The worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. They don’t fix nothing. The gym is bare minimum and closes when the office does. Water and mold is very common. Please don’t let you have ac problems, they will give you a window unit for 6 months before coming to fix the actual problem. The pool(s) yes there are two and been broke this whole summer. I am writing to report severe and unresolved problems at this property. There is currently a sewage backup from the bathtub into one of the rooms, causing unsanitary conditions. Additionally, the kitchen experiences consistent leaks with no hot water, and maintenance only inspects but never repairs these issues. The management team never resolves the problems; they only receive complaints but do nothing to fix them. The apartments look good on the outside until you actually go in. Before you move here let me warn you THERES NO LIGHTS IN ANY OF THE ROOMS EXCEPT the hall wall, bathroom, and kitchen. So that means there’s no lights in the bedrooms or the living room you have to hang strip lights. They said the apartment was ready to move in but whoever they hired to clean up and paint it looks like they just painted over things sloppy there’s hair in paint.
