Pretty nice place. Looks like they have worked hard on cleaning it up. Smell of skunk is all over tho. It is what it is.
Want fix anything I have a huge hole in downstairs living room ceiling for 2 years now. Can’t even sit in living room and it’s still leaking plus full of mold but I was told it’s not bad mold. 1 eye works on my stove. Plus bugs live rent free here
