West Chase Apartment The leasing agents are nice and helpful. Some of the problems that affect the complex are: Section 8 complex next to the West Chase entering the property to use the pools or hanging around. The lagoon at night is very dark, management has not bother to fix the broken light polls. Otherwise, the complex is always clean, no other problems.

West Chase has been great for me! Hi I must say that coming from one of the most prominent cities in New York and moving into West Chase has been a great experience.I've been here 5 mths

west chase apartments are worse. than the projects I grew up in... SMMFH... I wouldn't recommend these apartments to Hitler or Saddam Hussein, . There is SO MUCH wrong that if you can imagine it, its probably wrong. I can't wait to move out and I HATE MOVING!!!!!! I pray they're condemned by next month! The leasing staff and maintenance sucks! I'd be better living on the streets.

M. Hill As a former tenant for 6 years that had to move due to an attempted break-in into my residence, i would not refer this property to anyone. The crime is so bad that you can't even get a normal food delivery at night if you wanted one. Management is more concerned about filling up vancant units rather than finding quality tenants. Had to call Cobb County Police to get the statistics on crimes that occured on property. Office does not give you the stats. DONT Sign on that LINE NOOO. westchase apts is a BIGGGGGG NOOOO.. i been here about two years now and the only reason it's been that long is becasue at first the were ok.. but now the management team is soo rude and unprofessional. the take weeks on to fix anything like your A/C in the middle of the summer that's not acceptable this is Georgia it's hot. and you better have rentals b/c they will be sloppy with their work then something goes bad and the apt gets flooded and all they gonna repeat is.. oh well you should of had ... read more

West Chase Apartment It's a good place to start as your new home.They have a lake,pools,laundry room and tennis court.Prices start at six hundred and fifty dollars and up.

Wouldnt send my enemys here Let me begin with I absolutely hate moving, and within the first week I wanted to leave. Though the three months free were enticing its not worth it. When they make false promises. We moved in may and its been pure hell.
