My husband is with WestCare Hospice & palliative care. The folks in this program have always been extremely helpful . We had an oxygen problem over the weekend I called WestCare Leona and thanks to her within minutes she had our problem taken care of. Olivia our RN is amazing, the same is true of Marcel and Dr. James in PT. I'm not good at writing but I totally recommend WestCare.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our hospice team. Heather, the head nurse, led with such compassion, professionalism, and skill. She coordinated everything beautifully and went far beyond our expectations. Jasmine, the nurse’s aide, provided such gentle and thoughtful care, helping with cleaning and personal needs with so much kindness. Maritza was also such a warm, supportive presence. I can’t say enough good things about this hospice company. The owner and leadership team are truly amazing—compassionate, professional, and deeply committed to the people they serve. It’s clear that their heart is in the right place, and it shows in the quality of care and support they provide.
