I just want to sing the praises of the customer service at WestCare Home Health services. We bought an electric wheelchair from them which was a wonderful experience, but then due to a number of my wife's underlying health conditions, the electric wheelchair was not a good fit for us. We've reached out to WestCare. They were super helpful and got us everything we needed to be able to do the return quickly. Praise God for Mona West (owner) and staff members Marina and Cynthia. After 6 months of dissatisfaction with other service providers, we were blessed to find WestCare. Ms. West is so responsive, involved and caring every time we need her. Caregivers Marina and Cynthia have become part of our family. Ever dutiful, super caring and engaging with my father. Westcare has been an enormous help for my grandmother who suffered from 2 strokes and now needs help getting to and from her appointments. Our relationship started upon her discharge from rehab as we had no way of keeping her safe once she got home. While we had very large needs, Mona did everything in her power to get us through that rough time. My grandmother now has a great relationship with her workers and we plan to continue use of thier services to assit with transport and companionship for her appointments.
When my mother’s walker went missing , the one that she had loved so much. we had ordered fit fro West care, I called them to let them know, and they went above and beyond to make sure that she received another walker. We really appreciate it. they stand behind the products. They stand behind their customers.
