This place is suppose to Care! That was proven not to be the case after having surgery. Called to let facility know it was time to be released from hospital and was informed that the home discharged me. I have no where to go and had surgery yesterday. Not even able to walk yet. This is unbelievable Posted on behalf of my son. Don't trust this place to care about you!! Pretty heartless!!

West care was a good place for me the people who worked there was very helpful with my sobriety and the food was really good.
