I’ve been training at this gym for years, and my coach Adam and Ivan have always been amazing at creating personalized workout plans tailored to my goals—highly knowledgeableand detailed-orientated!
I was a member for over 2 years before moving out of the San Jose area and I'll miss working out at the Westca gym. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, especially Adam who was my personal trainer. He was always encouraging and support during my fitness journey, always went out his way to help me with my diet, training tips and daily workouts. Much better than going to any large corporate gym environment. Support a locally owned business and go to Westca!
