They trying fix the place lil by lil, or whatever. I see it lookin better so that’s cool. But them workers tho… I don’t know what’s up with them. I hear them talkin mess about people while doin work orders. They was speakin Spanish thinkin I ain’t know, but I do. I heard everything. This place used to be rough. even made the news before. Old owner really let things fall apart, from roaches and rats to broken systems and no hot water. But things are looking completely different now. since new people stepped in, the property feels peaceful and clean. No more trash everywhere, no more random people hanging around. Maintenance actually fixes things, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to john, jocelin and maggy for going above and beyond. Whatever you do, don't stay at these apartments.My grandfather lived there for about a year every day for that year.Every time he stepped out, somebody would break into his apartment and s*** on the living room.Floor you're regretted.Do not stay at these apartments

This apt complex should be condemned. Do not come here. The media got to play hero for a short time, but the conditions here are still very bad. 311 won't help at all. Move out if you can. Please move.
