Unprofessional. Poor communication. Multiple times I called multiple times they said they would call me right back and never did. Why can't they just say we are backed up, too busy or we can't do it. I was in no rush no pressure to get the job done. Very inconsiderate. I don't get it. Why waste your time and my time by not being straightforward. Wouldn't it be easier for both parties? Obviously they could care less. Notice they have either perfect review 5 Stars or one star. No inbetween.
