They are always friendly whenever I go in and need help. I shopped and target on Black Friday when all cards got hacked and they assured me that my card was and would be fine and if anything did happen if get my money back
There is ZERO, assistance during "normal" banking hours. Customer service is awful and I'm looking for other banks that have assistance available for their internet banking at night and weekends. This Bank is part of the Good Ole Boy system that requires everyone to play in their sandbox and will not be available unless it's during their work hours; makes no difference what your work hours are.
Glacier Hills Credit Union is 10 times better to bank with.
