Terrible bank. If you want to spend all your money on fees this is the bank for you. And they dont care about the feelings of their long time loyal members! Would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!! Stay away.
There is no reason for the kind of poor customer service this branch has to offer.
A friend of mine goes in to a branch to cash a check written from a Westbury bank account. They wanted to charge him $10 on a check written for $175! He calls the office (check written by his employer) to get the fee waived, they record his SSN# & driver license number to ensure he only gets the fee waived this one time! He left an honest review here only to have Westbury call his employer and complain to have him remove his honest review! The employee's are very polite and personable. I have never had an issue at this bank!
My wife and I just went and opened an account at the downtown west bend location. Christa Weindorf helped us out and made it so easy and answered all of our questions and was very professional and personal all at the same time she was great!
To make a very long story short, I called about an overdraft fee from an atm withdraw on a joint account that opted out of their overdraft 'protection' service. I was assured by representatives from 2 different offices that this account was NOT opted in.
