Porsche and her team are out of this world AMAZING. I recently just moved in this past Friday and the way she made me feel right at home was unbelievable. The final walk through of my apartment, the promptness to get things fixed via maintenance, and even the welcome bag full of goodies they gave to me was like a breath of fresh air. While the management here in the past was unfortunately not great, the difference since the recent staff turnover is like night and day. Everything is now absolutely excellent under Property Manager Porsche's leadership! She runs an incredible team, and their grievance redressal system is flawless; any past concerns are now handled with the utmost urgency, care, and professionalism. Taelen&Terry: This has been an amazing experience living in The Westbury Apartments. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and attentive. Porsche responds ASAP and has been very helpful during our stay in the Westbury community. Maintenance responds promptly with any issues. The community is diverse and friendly. We enjoy living here.
