I have made maintenance requests for the past 3 years to have things done that went unheeded. They had Truseal in Inver Grove Heights replace the stairs at our townhouse (they are the property managers) over a month ago because they were crumbling. The concrete residue on our driveway has remained for over a month. Despite repeated emails, the response I received today was "The Association has decided to not pay to have your driveway cleaned. I've been in my town home for 10 years and it has been under New Concepts the entire time I have lived here. The neighborhood was beautiful, people or vendors clearly took care of the property, and the dues were really cheap ($135). About 2 years ago, the property manager we had left and a new woman, Carla, became our property manager. I'd had no issues with her off the bat. They are crooked. They charge you right and left for no reason whatsoever. This condo building has had a few management companies for the past 20 years and none of them were trying to cheat the condo owners or the association as a whole. They are double and triple charging unit owners for same services that they are also charging to the association as a whole. I am really concerned about this bunch handling the building finances. I hope the board fires them soon and gets a more reputable company to manage the building.
