My mother lives there and has been without a properly working oven for months and they refuse to give her one. 👎
The cockroaches multiple faster than they're being taken care of. I can't stress how non exaggerate I'm being. It's like waking up in a horror movie everyday, walking into kitchen covered in roaches. The kitchen cabinets are unusable. Everything leaks and nothing drains. Management couldn't care less. They aren't the ones waking up to cockroaches in their beds. Seriously- don't waste your money. It's not worth the chance of being stuck in an outdated building accompanied with cockroaches AND bed bugs.
Quality housing with good management is hard to find in KC. I've been impressed with what I've seen at Westbrooke Glen. It's great to see a well maintained apartment complex with caring and respectful leasing agents like Naomi Hope!
Naomi Hope is a very helpful and kind employee. She always greets me with a smile. The apartments are a great value.
Where do I start? gym is only open 9-5 mon-fri so hardly a privilege. Air conditioner won't work and they keep "fixing" it instead of installing a new one. Dish washer broke took 3 weeks to get new one. Three times now breaker has been pulled and everything in fridge went bad. Literally only bright side is there are no bugs. Neighbors are terrible, management is terrible, and it's overpriced.
