I've lived in Westbrooke Commons for several years and continue to enjoy my experience. The office staff are friendly, responsive, and quick to address questions. Maintenance personnel are courteous and prompt, with requests submitted via online portal handled easily and completed swiftly. The location is ideal, close to Wegmans, Walmart, Aldi, Best Buy, Target, and other convenient spots. It’s also a very safe community.
Great place to live
Overall, it's great, but my main problem is that it's not exactly quiet. The units are clean, and the staff is really great and patient. They are wonderful to work with. The mainantence is on top of everything. Overall is a good place to live....unless you don't have kids. It's difficult to work from home once the kids get home from school as they tend to scream, and depending on where you're situated, you will hear them pretty clearly. I’ve really enjoyed living at Westbrooke Commons. One thing I appreciate a lot is how easy and fast maintenance requests are handled. Every time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been taken care of quickly and without any hassle. The management team is also very friendly! They communicate clearly and always keep things running smoothly. Overall, it’s a quiet and comfortable place to live, and I’ve felt very much at home here.
Been here almost 17 yrs and really enjoy living here, Great office staff and maintenance crew, just an all around great place to live!
