Long Time Renter I moved from another Greenview property when they first opened in 2017. I love my apartment because it's modern, unique, and it feels like you're living in a hotel. The property has a gym and a pool. The balcony's are spacious for a one bedroom and the simple colors inside the apartments match well with the vibe of the modern buildings. Poor management Don’t waste your money. Management does not care about the well being and safety of the tenants.
NO GYM EVER As a resident here, they have dropped the ball on a lot of issues. When it snows for example, the parking has been plowed in. Listen I know people are working and trying, but they could have gone about better preparations. The gym is my main issue here. Every complex on Long Island has opened up their gyms except here. They continue to charge you for amenities we don’t use. Meanwhile I’ve caught them lounging in the club room with few other people in there, no social distancing or masks. Luxury living! My husband & I lived here for almost 4 years! We moved in when they first opened & enjoyed the luxury & relaxing vibe at WB every day! It was our first home together...we couldn’t have imagined it any better! Every time we’d get home we felt like we were on vacation at beautiful WB. Management & maintenance were always so kind & helpful & kept the grounds & environment amazing for us!
Westbrook Village I've been living here for 3 years. Friendly, family place to call your home. Repairs completed timely, and very professional. Grounds kept very clean.If you want a safe and wonderful place for your family..Westbrook is the place to be. Christina is great and will help you every step of the way.
Looks better than it is! Cheaply made and terrible management that lies to everyone and does not care about the tenants!
Westbrook Village Although I decided not to rent from this property because of my own personal reasons. It's a very nice, quiet area they keep up well on. Their management staff was also nice and knowledgeable about the property.
