I came in for a sensitive medication that you CANNOT get off quickly or it can kill you. I saw the psychiatrist and it was extremely impersonal it is all telemed. I was refused medication I have been on for 10 years, I asked what do I do to prevent seizures. I was told go to the ER! Think about that for a second, this “Doctor” told me to get in a vehicle and DRIVE when I see notice known PRE SEIZURE symptoms! My experience is one worker who was rude, absolutely disrespectful towards a family member who is having mental issues. She wasn’t helpful and very condescending. She is absolutely the worst person to send to someone who is having issues. Her demeanor and behavior are appalling she needs fired DO NOT TRUST BECKI she will make sure to completely ignore and make fun of people who need help.

There's a lot of good people working for the company and they care about their clients. Building is kept clean and people in the front office are friendly. I think they should expand to have more providers, especially those who are trained to deal with trauma and it's treatments. Psychiatrist is only seen through telehealth and they change them a lot, which makes it hard to trust the new person on the screen. Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Their workers bully my poor uncle and tell him his dog is dead and so much worse— this is poor behavior for people taking care of the disabled.
