I am a retail jeweller of over 41 years. I am also a miner of gems. I have a long beard and very little hair up top. Not all barber shops offer blonde highlights. So, I called around. When I spoke with Raed at Westbrook Hair styling I told him what I wanted...a fade cut, a beard trim and blonde highlights. I specifically asked him how much the highlights were.
