I have lived here for three years. It’s very peaceful in my building. I have no complaints .The manager Dinita is very personable and cares about the tenants here at Westbrook gardens apartments.
I think Westbrook needs an inspector to check out these bldgs. Basement floods when it rains, there's been more than one 'emergency water issue' so the water is shut off periodically in this bldg. I can only imagine the mold we're being exposed to. Washers and dryers still go out on a regular basis. Apt. smells like cigarettes and god forbid someone falls asleep smoking in this tinderbox. Instead of mowing the property all the time, let's put all the money you're taking from us and fix the BUILDINGS.
Why would NP Dodge tell me to talk to management for more affordable accommodations? This was supposed to be my affordable accommodation. I've only been here for TWO years and I don't see how I can do much more at your increase rate. I could see it if there was a pool, or a clubhouse. Or secured entry into the bldgs to stop the theft of packages. Or security cameras to see who is breaking into cars, and stealing them.
